INFORMATION ON THE CHOICE OF OPTIONAL SUBJECTS. COURSE 22-23 ( Text reviewed and corrected as of September 29, 2022)

The choice of optional subjects for this course will be carried out on September 30 and October 3 through the econservatorio platform.

The platform will remain open in shifts according to surnames starting with the letter “J” following the following ORDER:

Friday the 30th from 6:30 p.m. to 11 p.m.: Surnames from the letter “J” to the letter “Q”

Monday , October 3 from 12:15 to 3:45 p.m.: Surnames from the letter “R” to the letter “B”

Monday, October 3, from 4 to 8 p.m.: Surnames from the letter “C” to the letter “I”

The subject schedules are published on the website, so it is recommended to consult them before the election.

Each group has a specific ratio, normally 15 students per class. Once this number is exceeded, the system will not allow that group to be chosen, so another must be chosen.

The subjects of PAC, Big Band and Specialized Chamber Project are excluded from this process, since due to their special configuration they cannot be assumed by the platform, they will be assigned in person on Friday the 30th at 9:30 in the library of the conservatory.

Each student will be able to choose in this first award a maximum of 15 elective credits (whoever chooses more will have the remaining credits eliminated at random). These credits will include the subjects chosen in person on the morning of Friday the 30th (PAC, MUSIC ENSEMBLE ANTIGUA AND BIG BAND).

With the remaining places, a second award will be opened in which those interested in enrolling in more than 15 elective credits may participate.

A tutorial is attached to make the process easier.
