INFORMATION ON THE CONTINUATION OF CHOICE OF ELECTIVE SUBJECTS. COURSE 22-23

The choice of optional subjects for this course will continue on October 6 and 7 through the econservatorio platform.
The platform will remain open in shifts according to surnames in the following ORDER:
- Thursday, October 6, from 1:45 p.m. to 6 p.m.: All students whose first surname starts from the letter “R” to the letter “B”
People who made their choice on Monday the 3rd in the morning who are satisfied with their electives SHOULD NOT DO ANYTHING ELSE. Anyone who wants to try to change a subject must follow the instructions in the tutorial that will be posted on the website today.
- Thursday, October 6, from 10 p.m. to 12 p.m.: All students whose first surname starts from the letter “C” to the letter “I”
It is recommended to see the new tutorial even if it is the first time you choose it and no changes are going to be made.
- FRIDAY, October 7, from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.: All students who wish to modify an optional subject, including its cancellation, may try to do so depending on the vacant places. IT WILL BE AT THAT MOMENT WHEN STUDENTS WHO WISH TO ENROLL IN MORE THAN 15 CREDITS WILL BE ABLE TO DO SO. The instructions in the new tutorial must be followed.
The subject schedules are published on the website, so it is recommended to consult them before the election.
Each group has a specific ratio, normally 15 students per class. Once this number is exceeded, the system will not allow that group to be chosen, so another must be chosen.
The subjects of PAC, Big Band and Specialized Chamber Project are excluded from this process, since due to their special configuration they cannot be assumed by the platform, they may be assigned by contacting the head of studies, as long as there are still free places.
Each student will be able to choose in the first award a maximum of 15 elective credits (whoever chooses more will have the remaining credits eliminated at random). These credits will include the subjects chosen in person on the morning of Friday the 30th (PAC, MUSIC ENSEMBLE ANTIGUA AND BIG BAND)
A tutorial is attached to make the process easier.
